Add Icon To Batch File
Dear Batch File Hercules,I have a need of removing old software shortcut icons from all usersdesktop on every computer in my company (around 3000+ PCs). I could easily create a batch to remove these icons if they were all named the same however they are not. My users have renamed some if not most of them therefor rendering a simple delete batch file out of the question. Does anyone have an idea as to how I can identify the right shortcut icon (oldprogram.lnk) by its target path in properties and delete it? I appreciate any and all types of assistance.sincerely,in need of help.
