I feel your pain, as I only just figured this out myself, so I'll try to help you out!Now, I assume you've installed Requiem already with either NMM or Mod Organizer? If so, it should have created a folder in your Data directory called SkyProc. Inside this folder is another folder called Requiem and inside that is the actual SkyProc patcher. Now, what you want to open is the.jar file, so I hope you don't have Windows hiding extensions by default.Otherwise, if you can't open Requiem for the Indifferent.jar you'll need to go download the latest.Now there's an additional complication: if you're following Ogerboss's installation instructions you should see his note about having to choose between 'soft' and 'hard' links for the facial data and whatnot. If you want to go with 'soft' links, you actually don't want to run Requiem for the Indifferent.jar and instead run the admin-execute.bat with elevated permissions (in other words, right-click on it and select 'Run As Administator').After doing this, you'll be prompted to point the patcher to your Skyrim/Data directory and then it should bring up another window. Assuming you're not using hard links, you don't need to do anything here beyond pressing the 'Patch' button and waiting for a while as it does its work.Hope that helps in some capacity.
If someone is still having problems. This is how I did it. I'm using MO.Open MO as admin (right click on it, and choose to open it as admin).download and install requiem. Then activate requiem on the left side.Click on the 2 gears to modify the executables.Title: Choose something for the title, for example: Requiem SkyProc PatcherBinary: location of your javaw.exe.
Normally: C:Program Files (x86)Javajre7binjavaw.exeStart in: This is the location of the patcher. It is located in the map skyproc/requiem of the mod itself, but remember that MO places the mod on another palce then your data folder. But if you installed it somewhere else, it's obviously different.Argument: Same as above, but now with the java executable added: -jar '.SteamLibrarySteamAppscommonSkyrimMod OrganizermodsRequiem - The Roleplaying OverhaulSkyProcRequiemRequiem for the Indifferent.jar'.Then a message pops up that says it's different for MO. Click 'OK'.Change the folder name to the location your requiem.esp is located in MO. For me it was.SteamLibrarySteamAppscommonSkyrimMod OrganizermodsRequiem - The Roleplaying Overhaul.Then you can click open, and enable the two options or not.

I still need to read that myself. But clicking on the 'patch' button the the upper right side will start the patcher.Wait until it's done, and it actually closes itself.edit: Just checked through tes5edit, and the patch has been made succefully. I can't check it ingame for the moment though.
